Free shipping across the USA

Standard shipping is free on every order to the contiguous United States.

Delivery time: 2–5 business days

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days from the day you order (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll get a confirmation email right away and a shipping email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Contiguous U.S.: 2–5 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO: may take a few extra days

During peak weeks (right before Halloween and the holidays), carriers can occasionally run a day or two behind, so we recommend ordering early.

Your tracking number is in your shipping email. You can also check it anytime on our Track Order page.

Multiple packages

If your order ships in more than one box, you'll receive tracking for each package.

Wrong address or missing package

Please double-check your address at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days at support@trendorahub.com and we'll help.
